Review on 🍾 Clear Glass 1 Gallon FastRack Fermenter/Jug with Stopper/Airlock by Larry Gaines

I rated this with "3 stars" because of my brewing application. I bought a four bottle set to brew 4 different beers at once and see if it was worth upgrading to the 5 gallon version. 1 gallon worked well for this estimate. However, the brewing, cleaning, and bottling time was not an efficient use of my personal time considering it took almost as long as it would have if I had made a 5 gallon batch. For me it's like being able to brew different beers to appreciate the overall taste. I've also found that if you need a second fermentation/maturation before bottling, you need more pumping and cleaning equipment before reusing. I can't comment on how effective they are for wine.
