Well it showed up with the box open at the top and some of the contents stuck to the tape. I'm pretty laid back so whatever, I just hoped it was still in the box. NO, I wanted to pick up but there were no wheels. (palm) I need this chair. And I'm not a big fan of putting all that crap back in the box only to have to deal with the hassle of returning it. I know I'm irresponsible! Luckily my hubs went online and ordered nicer wheels. Let the man "upgrade" you! (Maybe too fancy! Some slick skateboard quality. That means this sucker ROLLS NOW! I'm no psychic, but after using it for just a day I see an acrobatic stunt in my future that will one day make me a... Laughter will bring my ass off the floor and not on purpose) The chair is comfortable. Be aware if you are about to sit down and the chair moves 6 feet with a cheek on the seat, this will keep you going! Literally. Rschunimagu
