Great for massaging you feet!
I probably don't use this for what it is intended for. However, in that regard, I use this to massage and support my feet after a long day of standing. The little nubs are perfect to help work out some of the muscle tension I have. Since I use it near daily, it does have a tendency to collect dust, dirt, and all sorts of debris, and is difficult to clean. Even so, I definitely recommend this product.
