Easy to use and good size

I am giving 4 stars only because I am not sure if it really seals out oxygen. The quality and size are great. It is easy to put the stopper in and take it out. I can smell the coffee with the stopper in so I am wondering if this is really keeping my coffee fresh. Obviously you can't smell the coffee when it is inside a mason jar but you certainly can with this coffee canister. Are coffee smells going out but no oxygen in? I don't know.

The canister is not suitable for storing foods with sharp edges
