does not work properly - remote controls

because the keyboard on the air conditioner failed after 2 years. The remote control was the only way to control the device. When the remote failed after the fourth year, I ordered this replacement. Unfortunately, the substitute does not work for the cooking level. I don't need this attitude that often, but when I do it would be nice to have it. Paid extra for a heated air conditioner which is not working now.
