Having had problems pairing with some of my Bluetooth devices in the past I was thrilled and pleased that this headset paired with my phone right from the start . I often use Skype video conferencing to make and receive calls as I sit at my computer most of the workday and after the latest Windows update I was able to connect without any problems. The headset is very comfortable to wear on either side of the head and remains stable. without the annoying slipping like other headsets. The sound quality is good, I have no problems with it. I especially like the mute button as I find it invaluable when asking a question to someone else in my office during a call. The volume, which is also on the headset, is useful when the caller has a soft voice. After wearing it for about 4 hours I haven't felt any discomfort. I have several 2-pin USB chargers that accept a standard USB connector that plugs directly into a wall outlet and find this very useful when I'm away from my computer. However, the battery lasted 4 hours when I was using Skype on a single charge. I paired it with my wife's smartphone and after using it in the car she was more than happy with the reception. The device looks pretty solid and has a good design and is great for the asking price.
