Transcript of the support email I received regarding Amazon's 30 day return policy. I will cancel this negative review as soon as a pair is sent to me without defects. "1.) Does this problem occur when the left earbud is set as the main earbud or the secondary earbud? The main earbud is the first earbud taken out from the charging case and connected to the Bluetooth device. Answer: I couldn't The audio doesn't work when the right ear but the left earbud is switched as primary, I even removed the right earbud from my phone's Bluetooth connections 2.) Same problem occurs when the Outlier Air is connected to another Is Bluetooth connected/paired device? These Bluetooth devices? Answer: Yes, I have the same problem when connecting to a friend's phone. 4.) Were you able to charge the left earbud? Yes, both earbuds come as fully charged displayed when taken out from the charging case, and the LED for the left earbud works.Earbuds?Answer: The button functions for both earbuds still work, increase volume down, quieter, next song, etc. I did the master reset suggested above twice. The left earphone still doesn't work. I would like a replacement as I have kept this pair in pristine condition and the issue is production related. Thanks for your time. "
