I have to admit that I was very impressed by these floor mats from the start. I have WeatherTech in another car but didn't want to spend that much money again on my 2017 CR-V; so i decided on this one. While not as thick as WeatherTech, they're certainly strong enough to get the job done. The fit was very good on both the driver and passenger side. It seemed that all corners of the floor were taken into account. The mat locks on the driver's side are aligned and work properly. The same story was with a one-piece carpet in the back seat. Everything is covered and fits. And they don't stink. The only minor issue was a slight sag on one edge of the mat on the driver's side and the other on the passenger's side. Maybe it was the delivery, it would have worked itself out. But who has the patience to wait for that!?!? 😁 So I got out a hair dryer (I didn't use a hair dryer) and heated up the arc area. I then massaged/rolled the edge back. I've done this a few times with the two pleats in question to get the fit I wanted. Since then, the mats have held their new shape well. And to tell you the truth, no one but me would probably not have noticed. So I am very happy with these rugs. And not because they are suitable for 3D mats for such a cheap price, but because they are really good 3D mats. and cheap.
