You can use additional equipment and get the job done.

I received a package with double equipment. The bracket clamped the wheel and prevented it from turning. I spread the brackets apart with an extra nylon hex nut. I wanted to return the kit but I work in a factory. I just thought that the supplier decided to solve the problem with additional equipment.
