I am very thankful for this amazing machine. Now I just put it on and leave it alone for 12 hours. When I wake up, my yogurt is ready and the machine turns off! I read reviews that the temp is a little high and I like to keep the temp around 110F so I decided to follow this great tip. I took my car down to 103Β°F for my first batch. I halfway checked with my digital thermometer and my yogurt temp was perfect! So PLEASE DO NOT set to 110Β°F initially as that might be too high and you don't want to kill your culture. I used raw unpasteurized milk that we bought at our local grocery store along with dry yogurt for an appetizer. When we first thawed frozen organic blueberries I was surprised at how good the texture was, we drained them in a colander a bit into a bowl. I liked the taste a lot better. It is very simple and easy to clean, use and make jars. I highly recommend it.
