I love this yogurt maker. I'm not a fan of yogurt so I definitely didn't buy this to make yogurt 🤢 lol no offense to those who eat yogurt. I bought a manufacturer to add herbs to my hair oils. I purchased this product to make L. Reuteri Yogurt which requires special preparation. I had no problems - the yogurt maker was easy to program and both batches I made were good. If you want to add water to the yogurt maker, you don't need to add water during processing. Tip: Use a canning funnel if you have one to fill the jars.
