This yogurt maker works great, stainless steel body, appearance, beautiful, generous, very satisfied! You can choose how many jars of yogurt you want to make (up to 8 at a time) and I've successfully done this twice, adding cranberries, blueberries and many of my favorite fruits to make it fresher than supermarket yogurt. It is very convenient to use, as well as clean and hygienic. It comes with 8 cups and I can make eight flavors it's so amazing. If you are new to yogurt making, you can read the detailed instructions carefully before first use. This is a great help and saves you a lot of time. Milk can be stored or boiled at 85°C (185°F) for a few minutes (giving a slightly different result). It must be refrigerated to 50 °C (122 °F) or slightly lower, usually 40–46 °C (104–115 °F). The starter culture must then be mixed well and the mixture must be kept still and warm for some time, somewhere between 5 and 12 hours. Longer fermentation times result in more acidic yogurt. The starter can be a small amount of live (unsterilized) existing yogurt or a commercial dry starter. Definitely recommend it!
