Like other reviewers, I bought this for what is called 5D Diamond Painting. Mostly the grid sizes are fine, but some paintings have an abundance of multiple colors. So be prepared to either double them or have a few large containers to overflow. Most of my canvas drawings use around 22 colors, so I usually have a few loose holes. I use a marker to write a letter on the plastic and then just wipe it off with a damp paper towel after the painting is done. I like that there is a container that holds the rows together. I'm concerned about the durability of the plastic hinges, but they seem to last almost daily for six weeks. At the end of your painting, place your unused jewelry in small zippered pouches to reuse these containers.
