Additionally, it's challenging to navigate and discover what you're looking for on the website due to its dated interface. Customers find the checkout procedure to be frustrating because there are few payment options and it is unclear how to proceed. Along with slow response times and unhelpful staff, the customer support is also subpar. Additionally, the free shipping promotion only applies to purchases that total more than a certain amount, which may be prohibitive for many customers. Overall, because of the disappointing quality of their goods and poor customer support, I cannot endorse the JOBAKIDS online store. If customers want high-end apparel items that are worth their money, they should shop elsewhere.
