I've used a similar product for years because it's the only product that has demonstrated the fast drying time and durability I need in a warehouse floor. Although this CSR dries slightly slower (about 60 minutes before the forklift starts compared to 20 minutes with the 3M product), this product is strong enough to be used in most locations. It's a very thin consistency compared to 3M, so it's not as good for filling gaps around dock leveler pits, but it's half the price and is a good replacement for some applications.
