Sent back because the rear view camera didn't work

This product was bench tested before installation. The image from the rear camera did not appear when pulling the "reverse" cable (connected to +12 volts). The screen changed, but no image came from the camera. The only way to see the reversed image is to use the "aux" application. Very poor installation instructions, connection diagrams etc.
