I used it on my Marantz 6300 turntable which I got on eBay. It was broken but I fixed it. I had an all gold RCA from our local computer repair shop, it failed because it made a noise when I moved it. But this one works fine! PRO: I like how it's covered in non-conductive black. It makes no noise when the cable is moved. It is very easy to assemble. It's solid and doesn't make soldering cables into RCA.CON difficult. CON: I know I said it's good, but gold does have some downsides. You SHOULD NOT touch the golden part of the internet where human oil can make noise. So wear gloves until you're done soldering.
