Review on 💻 Renewed HP Elite Desktop PC - Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, DVDRW, 19" LCD, WiFi, Windows 10 by Darren Anderson

We bought 2 of these for our kids as they are now being digitally educated and need to be on the computer at the same time. I was worried we might have problems so as soon as I got them I opened them up and tried them out and they worked. We packed her up and took her to school. The day before school started we set them up and tried again and everything worked fine. The school day came and we started on and no video. I immediately sent a message to the supplier asking for a new monitor. They responded quickly and asked to check if it was a monitor. That night we realized it was a computer and not a monitor. (Bad graphics card I think.) I emailed them but no response. I sent a message via Revain and still no response. Now I just got a text message from my wife and the other computer completely died in the middle of our only child's class. What resistance. Looks like I'm returning the covers to have them replaced and they have a "No Return" on them so I need to replace them. If they respond quickly and fix the problem I can increase their rating to 3 stars, but if they wait 48 hours I'll leave it at 1 star. "Attention for buyers!"
