Needs a treat but keeps ticking

For a long time I have preferred refurbished computer hardware to new. With over 20 years of experience at an international non-profit organization, I believe that a commitment to world-class computer technology is the most effective way to ensure consistent quality and reliability from start to finish. HP computer hardware has been known for these qualities for decades, and this little box is perfect for use in my home in my entertainment center with a downstairs projector. No complaints soโ€ฆ

Came not working but tech support quickly sorted it out

I bought this device so my first grader could have a computer for a virtual school. I wanted her to have a larger monitor to reduce eye strain, and I wanted her to have a Windows PC instead of the Chromebook she used with Microsoft Teams previously. Arrival: The computer arrived within two days, which was much earlier than the stated delivery date. I was very happy about it. It was well packed. Directions were ok. It's a decent machine for the money. The processor is restored with no obviousโ€ฆ

Great price but you get what you pay for. It's a bit

We bought 2 of these for our kids as they are now being digitally educated and need to be on the computer at the same time. I was worried we might have problems so as soon as I got them I opened them up and tried them out and they worked. We packed her up and took her to school. The day before school started we set them up and tried again and everything worked fine. The school day came and we started on and no video. I immediately sent a message to the supplier asking for a new monitor. Theyโ€ฆ

Great Price - Computers and Tablets

Bought this for my son for his 11th birthday. He's not a hardcore gamer, but he likes online gaming and Minecraft. This computer is perfect for that! Easy setup right out of the box. We were able to get it up and running in minutes (the same time it takes to set up a Wi-Fi connection and Microsoft account). There were a few issues with the headset and the screen would turn off a couple of times for no reason, but it hasn't happened since. For a home desktop, this computer offers phenomenalโ€ฆ
