I like that it is easy for customers, partners and employees alike when they are working remotely or out of office hours in order to log into their account online.

It also allows you to track any comments made about your business so as soon as someone makes an unfavourite comment we can take immediate steps to resolve this issue. Nothing at present but would be nice if there was more customization options depending upon size/type of business etc. Great tool for all businesses who need help monitoring social media platforms such as Facebook & Twitter.
