Be prepared to spend more time and energy on assembly

Attention! The assembly is difficult. I bought this portable washing machine cart. I never thought the meeting would be so hectic and frustrating. The bars fit well but went in quite easily, however there are protrusions in the holes which cause more irritation. As I inserted each wand, it stopped at a certain point. So here I am looking at this wagon after I put it together and it was way too big! So back to the drawing board. I literally use all my strength and muscle, twisting and turning each bar to go deeper into each corner element. I was making progress but clearly not enough as it was still too big. I'm not giving up easily, but I was certainly willing to send it back. Okay, since I was running out of energy to twist, twist and push those bars, I decided to take my hammer and hit each corner to drive the bars deeper. Again, this was time consuming and frustrating, but gradually it worked. It's still not the size I want, but I'm done with it. I spent the next three days racking my back and right shoulder trying to recover from the excessive strain and pain that comes with assembling this car. The company that makes these carts must remove the ridges in the corner mounts. Anyway, the overall quality of this product is good. But assembly requires brute force.
