Immediately the volume didn't work upon arrival
Shame as I would have given this item a much higher rating but since the volume doesn't work at all I'm very freaked out (no pun intended). I've read reviews that often mention the sound is terrible, but didn't think it would be completely useless so I bought this item brand new! Not outdated so I'm already worried about the quality and durability of this monitor.
