Failed after 5 weeks, good for exhaust and emissions

Purchased on May 25th to fix a general "tighten gas cap" warning on a 2006 Acura TL. Installed a few days after delivery. It worked fine for less than 5 weeks and yesterday June 24th my check engine light came on. I asked the local parts store to pull the code, which confirmed my suspicion, insufficient purge flow in the EVAP system. Suggestion: replace purge solenoid. It doesn't look like I can get it back. I recommend sticking with the OEM for these specific emissions parts.
