Review on Wiztrav by Original Mansel

It's very easy to use, you don't have to learn anything new when adding features or using them; it's all standard CRM stuff. You can do everything you need with this app. I hate how the updates are always done at the last second - literally right before your birthday. My boss just got annoyed every time it does it. But aside from that minor annoyance, everything has been great since I started. The support team is really good and knowledgeable - not to mention super friendly! Nothing. This solves my needs so well, in my line of work. Everything I need to know about my customers has been solved. I didn't even realize I needed a separate billing product until I bought the system. I like that it has built in inventory controls, which helps me keep track of products being purchased or sold with ease! It could use some help when looking at invoices/expenses as we have not found anything specifically helpful yet but this may just take time - more features are coming soon so maybe there will be something added before long? We've started using Witztra instead our paper-based system because having everything all together makes us look professional (in case clients see an invoice).
