Review on ViewSonic VX2457-MHD Gaming Monitor - FreeSync, 1920X1080P, 75Hz, Flicker-Free by Alex Sandoval

I've had this monitor for a week and a half now and am very happy with this purchase. I've always used TVs for gaming, so the transition from a non-gaming TV to this one was day and night. The response and refresh rate are very good. I don't notice any delay between pressing a button on my controller and actually seeing it on screen. The colors are great too and the detail this monitor reproduces at 1080p is great too. From a construction perspective, the monitor feels solid and well built. I had no problems with a loose or weak stand. In general it feels very solid. It also comes with all the cables you need, in my case it's an HDMI cable so that's a plus too. The only thing I think this product benefits from is a remote control for turning the monitor on and off and accessing the settings. You have to physically reach for the screen to turn it on or off. However, it was recognized when I turn on my PS4 and the monitor automatically turns on with it, so it's a pleasant surprise. The speakers work well, but for those who appreciate great sound, I'd recommend getting a set of speakers or a headset (which I use, so the sound doesn't affect my overall star rating). The only real reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because I had to use it. If it works without problems for a few more months, I'll change the rating to five stars (if I even remember doing it). It does what I need and connects to my PS4. I think it's definitely worth the price, especially if you play video games and especially shooters a lot. I've found that my skills have generally improved with this monitor, everything is much clearer and I can see gamers much better, especially in games with darker colors and lighting.
