I like that this service is available 24/7 so it's easy to use when you need help with an issue or just want someone else in another office! The call quality can be poor sometimes but not always depending if there are many people using at once (like during peak hours). It also takes up quite some space since we have 20+ employees working from home which makes our phones look very small compared to other companies' phone systems as well - they're much bigger than ours even though most don't take advantage of all their features yet either because no one knows how everything works until after setup has been completed by tech support staff who usually aren’t around right away anyway due to time zones etc.. If your looking into having remote workers then definitely consider ACI before going any further down those paths otherwise make sure what additional costs will come along such as bandwidth fees ect., Also do research about different types of equipment needed including microphones / speakers.
