I like how you can see who is listening in real-time while talking over video call - it gives me peace knowing that everyone will be able to hear my live voice! Nothing majorly wrong with this product but if there were more options or features available at all times would help out tremendously when calling clients back from vacation (ie no email/phone access). I like that this service is available 24/7 so it's easy to use when you need help with an issue or just want someone else in another office! The call quality can be poor sometimes but not always depending if there are many people using at once (like during peak hours). It also takes up quite some space since we have 20+ employees working from home which makes our phones look very small compared to other companies' phone systems as well - they're much bigger than ours even though most don't take

The ability to be able to connect with clients from almost anywhere in our office is great! I wish it was easier when we were trying to get started that there wasn't as much work involved but once you figure out how everything works its not too bad at all!! It's really easy now because they have so many features available through their website which makes things very simple.
