This product looked so easy to use but wasn't, there were no instructions at all, judging by the packaging it came from China. I couldn't pierce it the first time, it didn't go away, obviously it hurt a lot so I tried again, still didn't go through, so last time it finally went through but still not all. So I played with my nose for about 20 minutes and it passed, looks cute but definitely not recommended if you have a thick nose. Find a professional or have someone do it for you. It hurt, but I got used to the pain. If you have a low pain tolerance, this is not for you. Although it still looks cute.
