Good ad. The backlight and color are also quite bright and vibrant. I'd say the only annoyance is that the "No Signal" message flashes when I turn off or unplug my laptop instead of the monitor going to sleep like any other monitor (see video). Editing my comment on no signal signal hint: Obviously it's the Surface Pro 5 or its Surface Dock. I moved this HP monitor to another computer and used a 24 inch ASUS monitor for my Surface Pro 5 and when I turned it off even the ASUS monitor was turning on and off.
