Review on Aquarium Screen Netting Replacement Covering by Samuel Browning

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor quality and crazy folds.

I'm not sure about the quality of other sellers but I was very disappointed with this product. When I received it it was folded so tightly that there was a crease every few inches. I checked out the Revain site and saw that they have a small footnote that recommends ironing if necessary. Yes, no joke! It was almost unusable until I spent over an hour ironing every little wrinkle and crease. However, the other part I don't like is that the holes are all different sizes. Because the web is made up of strands, some strands are very close together while others are quite far apart. It looks very strange, especially when I have to put the parts next to each other, one with square holes and the other with small thin rectangles. I'd say it's pretty solid, but for fifteen bucks? Not so great. It actually looks a lot better in the photos than in real life, keep that in mind but at least they can give you an idea.

Pros
  • Strong and Durable: Made of high quality nylon material, the DIY aquarium net is strong and durable to use, not easy to tear and wear, can be applied for a long time while it can be used repeatedly, which you can clean at rest
Cons
  • Nothing here
