Being able to implement our own customer service software. The development and rollout took some time as we needed to hire more resources and train them properly. Being able to add in additional features without impacting the current system (as it was pretty mature). We were able to do live testing within about 5 days of hiring! Great learning experience as well - working together with other team members which makes us all stronger because of it! Very little. I believe our business has grown thanks to our service automation solution developed by Logarithmic Solutions The best part about working with logrithm is they are very responsive! They have been able to assist me any way I've needed them too (aside from one occasion where it was not my issue). We were looking for help getting an email list set up correctly - which we did receive as well as some other helpful tips along the path. This has all helped move us forward. Nothing at this point!
