Great product with great customer service

Our support team is very knowledgeable and has always been able to help. They are always accessible and take time to answer all of our questions. I have no complaints about the support team at Logarithmic. The only thing I do not like about Logarithmic is the support team. They can sometimes be slow to respond. Excellent Customizable Software - Would Highly Recommend

The best thing about this service is its ability for customization. I was able to create my own dashboard and have it look exactly how I wanted it! It also has great functionality with our website integration so we could easily transfer data from one platform to another when necessary (for example if an order needed to be updated). Excellent Experience, Highly Recommend

Being able to implement our own customer service software. The development and rollout took some time as we needed to hire more resources and train them properly. Being able to add in additional features without impacting the current system (as it was pretty mature). We were able to do live testing within about 5 days of hiring! Great Email Marketing Tool!! Would definitely work well in B2C environment

Logarithmic team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend working with them! The only thing I didn't like about working with them was that the project ran a little slow and could have been expedited! Definitely worth it! We used their product to send messages to our customers when we released new products or did promotions. There's no way to measure the effectiveness of the messages. Also we couldn't track the ROI.
