Logarithmic team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend working with them! The only thing I didn't like about working with them was that the project ran a little slow and could have been expedited! Definitely worth it! We used their product to send messages to our customers when we released new products or did promotions. There's no way to measure the effectiveness of the messages. Also we couldn't track the ROI. It was a bit difficult to see at the outset what it would be, but we figured it out. The biggest benefit was that we could easily communicate with our customers. The ability to see the entire lifecycle of a campaign from start to finish is great. It's also easy to set up campaigns and track them. I like that it allows me to create custom segments for tracking purposes. There are some things that I wish were easier to use, but they can be configured. This tool has helped us with our email marketing efforts. We've been able to segment our lists into different groups, which helps us send more relevant emails to each group.
