I bought 16 floor leg guards and 2 of them broke when I was putting the chair legs on. The other 14 were fine and fitted perfectly. No idea if the 2 were defective. I messaged the seller, we'll see. I wish they would replace the 2 that cracked. They asked me to send you a photo so you can replace the broken protectors but there was no email address to send it to. Above is a photo of a broken profile. 2 of them were torn. After I wrote to the seller and explained that 2 protectors were torn, they sent a replacement. Very good customer care.
