I love how it sits and feels on my small and slightly arthritic hands. I brought a few different ceramic mugs to use in my chair as a mug with a handle wouldn't fit. Just poured a 10 ounce cup of tea. very hot, also through the sleeve. I would be very careful with the microwave. I added some milk and kept it on top, no problem. The outside cools faster than the inside. That's how my tea stayed warm. Absolutely love the colors. (Monsoon) I also brought a 14oz Mora double wall ceramic coffee mug which is much bulkier/difficult to hold but the double wall insulation delivered even after a minute in the microwave.
