This is my first ever company review so please bear with me. After talking to other shipping companies, I was extremely impressed with Shipmate. The entire system works flawlessly and has been user friendly since day 1. It took less than 5 minutes to signup and upload data and within 10 minutes of going live, the system was fully operational. I've been able to do everything from take orders and generate invoices to manage crew hours and get paid faster than any other shipping company I've worked with. My biggest complaint about this company is that it could use some extra training and setup help, but if you're looking for a great service and don't mind doing a little legwork yourself, I'd definitely recommend checking them out!
Pros
- Great user experience; easy to understand and navigate the website/app.
- All features work perfectly and all functions of the site are user friendly.
- Very intuitive and quick to create your account.
Cons
- You need to know how to log into excel and then export your data into CSV format
- For example when you go into the dashboard you can only view the data from one ship at a time.
