Hot drinks don't stay hot

These are very good quality mugs - we needed something larger than 16oz and thought they would be perfect. The problem is that hot drinks don't stay hot in these mugs, and they're significantly heavier than our 16-ounce mugs. If you're a fast coffee drinker and don't mind a heavier mug, you'll love it.

Pros

Large handle, wide opening: Thanks to the well-shielded handle, there is plenty of space between the handle and the mug. Well balanced and comfortable to hold, it feels good in the hand, like in the restaurant.
