Review on Air Lift 57204 LoadLifter Spring by Justin Ferguson

First the Installation: The brackets fit my 2017 Sierra 1500, 6.5" bed perfectly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All the work including getting tools, jacking up the truck, removing tires and vice versa took about 3 hours. I could have gone a little faster, but I was very careful to get it right the first time. Second, performance: I placed my valves on the bumper next to the license plate and used a cigarette lighter tire compressor to inflate, which worked well. and was an inexpensive option. Not to mention the versatility of the compressor. I was towing a 7,500 lb. GVW camper trailer, an 850 lb. drawbar and approximately 400 lb. Bikes and gear on the back of a truck. I have found that 45psi pressure works well for me. This slowed the bouncing and got my truck to move smoothly. I had to adjust the height and angle of the ball on my hitch due to proper ride height. Overall easy install, good value and worked exactly as expected on a 900 mile round trip on the freeway and through the Smoky Mountains of Kentucky. Highly recommended
