Not used too frequently but liked when it worked. However, within a year we could not get it to turn on at times. Had some success by twisting the wires where joined the plug, the device and on either side of the on-off switch. Now even that won't work. Believe there must be a loose connection somewhere. Tried to open the on-off switch but one of the tiny Phillips head screws is apparently stripped, so no luck. More Made in China junk heading off to the trash. Save your money by avoiding this device.
