Nice product, good for hooks
These hooks are heavy weight and well made. I just wish they were longer for what I use them for. I hung them from the metal pool railing and use them to hold the skimmer pole. For those of you as interested as I am, yes a skimmer rod is fine. I think if they were used to hang clothes on the door it would be perfect. One suggestion I'd like to make to the manufacturer would be to drill a beveled hole or two in the rod that sits on top of the door or something that people hang from so it can be easily screwed on. The chamfer allows the screw to sit flush with the top of the shank.
