So far I am very impressed

I got this screwdriver because a bed I ordered needed 36 screws inserted into the frame to hold the slats, and it had to be done by hand (or risk splintering the wood). After 1 screw, and a lot of effort, I decided to save my wrists and get a motorized screwdriver. I found this brand by chance.Pro-Pretty well designedComes with a case and a lot of bitsComes with a flexible extension shaft, for getting around corners. I haven't used it yet, but this model was the only one that came with ithas a LED flashlight attachment, not super bright , but adequate to see the screw holes, especially on dark wood. Two positions, makes piecing together furniture super easyConsThe instructions weren't that great. I see a lot of people complaining that the bits fall out. That is because they don't know how to use the chuck. Just pull the chuck up, insert the bit and let the chuck drop. It's spring loaded. The pictures on Ebay have a description of how to use, but sadly the instructions booklet didn't have any pictures. The trigger is easy to use, but on the sides of the screwdriver, but not a big deal, except occasionally it's a bit tough when trying to balance a screw and a furniture peice.I got the 8V version. I assumed the 4V version would not have been adequate for my needs, but I am happy I spent a little bit more on the 8V. I've used it to put a lot of furniture together now, including the IKEA types with the allen keys. I never even took the allen keys out of the furniture packaging. I'll use it some more and update my review in a few months.

Pros
  • Easy to but in drill bits
Cons
  • The screwdriver may be prone to overheating during extended use
