I was so happy to use this. First I want to say that it is super stylish and elegant. The shells are folded and placed in a container. The utensils fit in the side pocket and the shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. It looks cute and is a great way to carry food. However, it doesn't keep food cold/warm at all. Maybe after 2 hours my food was at most a little cooler than room temperature. I used it to bring my lunch for the day and no matter what it was, my food was room temperature at best. I was so disappointed. I bought this so I didn't have to carry around my ice pack lunch box and I returned because I'm so sorry, I want my cold food to be COLD! I thought isolation would do more, but it made me sad inside. So I would recommend it to those who only bring room temperature food or eat cold food within an hour.
