Good for the clunky best at storage and organization

I like that this product is so airtight. I dropped everything with the food because I'm a clumsy and nothing spilled. This is probably one of my best purchases.

I guess "insulated " doesn't mean "keeps hot food hot "

To be honest when it was advertised as "insulated" I assumed it was means it could keep my food warm. Unfortunately that's not the case, within a few hours everything I put in there is room temperature, it would be nice if that could keep my dinners warmer. In addition, it is an absolutely fine bento, does not leak and is easy to clean. The metal bowls mean they can't be reheated in the microwave, but again, they're easy to clean after use. Just don't expect it to keep hot food hot.

This old design is not good, buy a new design.

I have their updated design which is much better, this is a bad design. The sealed lid that sits between the bowl and the next level is oddly shaped and will shift, causing leaks. One of the patches that connects to the level below broke after just two uses. Compared to other designs, this one sucks. The latest design is 4 stars, it would be 5 if the silicone pads stayed in place better, but at least with the updated design the midrange snaps between the two outer pieces.

Fits style but not lifestyle

I was so happy to use this. First I want to say that it is super stylish and elegant. The shells are folded and placed in a container. The utensils fit in the side pocket and the shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. It looks cute and is a great way to carry food. However, it doesn't keep food cold/warm at all. Maybe after 2 hours my food was at most a little cooler than room temperature. I used it to bring my lunch for the day and no matter what it was, my food was room temperature at best. I

Great school lunch box! Not in isolation, but I took forms that will never be.

Why I use this: 1) my kid loves it and 2) I usually pack a hot main meal and appetizers that need to be cold (like cheese) so this tiered lunch box lets me pack them separately. Ease of Use: This set is great for my third grader who never had trouble opening or closing the set.
