Review on Peoplise by Chris Rigsby

It's a great tool if you're looking for ATS that does all your job sourcing/screening requirements from one place without having to use multiple tools. Some of their functionality needs improvement such as time off request approval process which takes too long sometimes. I am solving my issues like job search through this portal. The benefits are it has created more transparency in our organization, we can see all employee data together so they have become easier to work when there are changes required at any point of time. Easy to use and navigate. The staff is very helpful and willing to assist with any questions that you may have. The system is very helpful for our organization. I have not found anything that I dislike about the system. I would highly recommend this system. I have been able to utilize this system to assist in the recruitment process. I am able to keep track of all of the applicants that I have throughout the day and am able to keep track of which applicants are applying for which positions.
