Pretty decent flush pedestal mount. Various screws were supplied for the TV but I used my own screws to mount it to the wall as the ones provided didn't have very deep threads. I could screw directly to two studs so I didn't use anchors etc. I've used it on an older Sony 46" Bravia and it seems stable. I used an angled adapter for my HD antenna's coax input, but it's far enough from the wall that standard HDMI cables fit comfortably.
