Began to lower blood pressure. I measured my blood pressure in the morning before taking pine bark extract and about 1 hour after taking it. I also drink organic hibiscus tea with tablets. My pre-appointment systolic blood pressure has been between 142-152 for the last 2 weeks. After taking the pill my blood pressure dropped to 130-142 about 1 hour after taking it. At first I noticed dizziness for the first few days after starting, but now I don't notice dizziness anymore. It works! I will continue to take this French pine bark extract daily and monitor my blood pressure, if not daily then about 2-3 times a week.
