My desktop computer has damaged this DVI connector. I bought a laptop but it doesn't have a DVI output. Before purchasing I asked if it was compatible with my laptop and using DVI-HDMI with my Wacom Cintiq DTZ 1200W. Everyone said yes. OK, I tried. I plugged it in, I can look at the monitor with no problems. I can view the monitor on my Wacom. But I noticed that the pen is not recognized. This contradicts the purpose of the intended use. I'm sure this is a great purchase for connecting multiple monitors. But don't buy it for a tablet with a graphics monitor. It doesn't recognize your pen.
