Patients complain of poor echo

Average build quality. But what good is it if you can't make calls with it because of the echo? This is useless as I still have to pick up the phone and use the phone. I have good clarity on my part and patients hear me well but they say they hear echoes after they speak and after I speak. I'm trying to find a workaround, but I'll probably have to throw it away.
