I bought one of these about a year ago and really liked it. None of these headsets seem to last forever, so I always wear one of these. I liked this one so much that I bought a second one to always have on hand.

This works fine in every way except people on the other end keep saying I'm disconnecting. However, I use a landline and they won't turn off and have never had this issue with previous headsets. I had to go back.

Arama telephone headset saves lives. I ordered several of these for myself and my colleagues. This allows me to talk to the customer and frees my hands to work on the computer. It is also indispensable for video conferences. I love it and wish I had bought it much sooner. Great value for money.

I like this headset. So comfortable, light and great sound. This product is the best headset I have ever bought. The headset works great, has good volume and clear voice pickup through the mic. It hardly picks up background noise and with its boom microphone it delivers clear audio signals for conference calls. Great quality, comfortable and adjustable. This is perfect for what I need. So far very satisfied.

Average build quality. But what good is it if you can't make calls with it because of the echo? This is useless as I still have to pick up the phone and use the phone. I have good clarity on my part and patients hear me well but they say they hear echoes after they speak and after I speak. I'm trying to find a workaround, but I'll probably have to throw it away.
