Not much in terms of support. Disappointed
Zero vertical support! I was hoping this would come with something that would provide vertical support (my old knee brace has these Velcro strips on the inside). I don't need much support. I sprained my collateral ligament a few years ago and prefer to wear a light bandage when playing badminton. But they lack vertical support, and the area covering the knee is very flexible and fragile. I'm not sure which area they should support. To return.
